Following 6-8 weeks of restful recovery, Postnatal Mind-Body Yoga, blended with Mother & Baby Yoga, fosters a profound journey of mind-body healing for new mothers and their babies. Come back to mind and body with our integrated approach to motherhood that recognises the intricate connection between physical recovery and emotional wellbeing following childbirth. Gentle postnatal yoga movement, meditation and breathing exercises are lovingly curated to accommodate the body's changing needs, aid in restoring strength, flexibility, and balance while also addressing the mental and emotional toll of motherhood.

Alongside the invaluable support of a community of fellow mothers, our specialist postnatal yoga provides a safe space for sharing experiences and fostering a sense of belonging. Classes gently facilitate holistic healing, allowing new mothers to regain their connection with their physical body, maintain mental equilibrium, build emotional resilience and nurture their spirit as they embark on this remarkable chapter of motherhood.

Taking some special time out for yourself or warmly inviting you to bring baby along, my integrative approach not only aids mother in regaining her strength and vitality but also nurtures the baby's development through shared experiences of movement, eye contact and loving touch.
