    Your journey begins with a comprehensive consultation. I take the time to understand your health history, current condition/s, and personal preferences. This holistic assessment allows us to work together to addresses your unique needs.

  • 02 / new beginnings

    Pregnancy or postnatal speficic yoga asana (postures), breathing exercises (pranayama), herbal medicine and or supplements may be prescribed, while nutritional modifications, gentle movement, meditation, affirmations, journaling, massage, reiki, rest and/or relaxation may be recommended.

  • 03 / reflect and refine

    Working closely alongside you, I am here to guide and nurture you through your healing journey.

    While review consultations assist in monitoring your progress and refining your treatment plan, they also play an important role in your commitment to yourself and help keep you motivated to achieve your wellness goals and care for your emotional and mental wellbeing.
